Hi Guys here are some photo's of Red 49 "20" , it's a 1/48 scale model of the MiG-23 :





My next project will be a J-7B Red 96 "47" also in the 1/48 scale , my question is this :  I noticed on the photo of Red 96 ; a name below the canopy and ifo of the name , what seems to be two blue-grey stars .
Please can someone tell me the name and if they are really two stars !?...... Are these stars , "Kills" or the the rank of a General or so ??
